Hi, I am Nala. I am a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Corrective Exercise Coach and a Yoga Teacher.
I grew up in a small farming village in North Eastern Thailand before moving to Western Australia with my mother at the age of twelve. I finished my schooling in Australia and became a chef.
In 2011, I found myself experiencing numerous health issues. I became overweight, had a dysfunctional menstrual cycle and began suffering from numerous new allergies. I also began drinking too much and realised that something needed to change.
Great health and vitality is not achieved over night! It's a commitment to a better way of life for your mind, body and soul.
I endeavoured to join a gym, I started yoga and attempted to eat healthily, thinking that I was on the right path. Alas, I still wasn’t seeing any improvements until I was introduced to CHEK Institute and discovered the value of holistic health, wellbeing and movement. CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) taught me the important of functional core recruitment, breathing technique, postural correction and energy cultivating exercises, meditation, primal pattern nutrition and even the important of healthy mindset and sleep.
I am now so grateful to have a healthy and functional mind and body. I love helping others discover how amazing their bodies are designed to feel when powered by the right nutrition, movement and lifestyle changes.
My journey has inspired me to share my experiences with others, so they too can have improved health. I am here to pursue my dream of coaching others to an improved state of health and vitality. I have learnt that no two individuals are the same, so every case is completely tailored and personalised according to your needs from nutrition and exercise to stress reduction, posture correcting and increased vitality.

I’ve been into holistic health a majority of my life. Naturally internally motivated, I am happy to do things on my own. But something was missing…..FUN! This is where Nala shines! Rather than focusing on an issue or specific health problem, Nala interacts with the conscious system and emphasises the connection you have with yourself and your environment in a fun, uplighting and heartful way. For the past 6months, Nala has been my Active Life Coach whilst up on site at the Mooka Mining Camp.
